In addition to his work in property management and brokerage, the company’s founder, Eric Phillips, also has extensive knowledge as an investor and asset manager of a real estate portfolio, which included properties comprising over 320,000 square feet of office, retail, and flex-warehouse space. In this capacity, Mr. Phillips is responsible for supervising investments, including negotiating transactions, overseeing the due diligence process, providing analysis, and structuring equity and debt investments, for himself and investors.
