Phillips Real Estate, LLC is a boutique commercial real estate firm, which specializes in real estate investments, property management, and brokerage.

Eric Phillips, the founder, and owner of Phillips Real Estate launched the company in 2006 to provide property management and real estate advisory services to his growing clientele. Prior to establishing his own firm, Mr. Phillips was President of Capital Property Management, where he led that organization’s business operations, which included the financial management and physical maintenance of over 300 properties, with an estimated value of $500 million. Mr. Phillips began his career in real estate in 1992 with Gilman Commercial Realty, LLC.

Eric Phillips is a licensed real estate broker in New Jersey and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Pittsburgh. He and his wife reside in Holmdel, New Jersey, where they raised their two children.
