Eric Phillips, the founder, and owner of Phillips Real Estate launched the company in 2006 to provide property management and real estate advisory services to a growing client base.
Before establishing his own firm, Eric served as President of Capital Property Management, where he oversaw the company's operations, including the financial management and physical maintenance of over 300 properties.
